Click the Smart Reporting button to create data discoveries in Present on the fly. This uses the Smart Discover interface.
Click the Smart Reporting button to create data discoveries in Present on the fly.
Choose the required data model, click Smart Reporting, and build your query.
Click the X to close Smart Reporting without saving. Click Finish to save your query and add it to your current presentation.
By default, smart discoveries that have been created and saved in Present are 'one-off' content items, existing only in the current presentation. By default, the visual is created with the name New Discovery. To rename it, right-click the visual, select Show Panels on the context menu, and then create a custom title in the Panel Settings.
To save the discovery and make it shareable, right click on it and select "Make Shareable."
